Create Cell Dialog Box

Enter ~/inv/inv_cell in the Cell Name box.
Enter /ocean/research/cherry/process/PS3_200-034 in the Process box.
Enter /ocean/research/cherry/rules/PS_3_RULES in the Rules File box.
