There are four commands that can be used to change the appearance of
the header and footer bars as well as the logo. They must appear before
to \begin{document} to take affect. They are:
\sitename{newsitename} This
command will change the site name on the bottom bar from "University
of Rhode Island" to some other text. If no site name is specified,
as in \sitename{}, there wil be no sitename, and the footer
will be solid like the header bar.
\newlogo{newlogofile}[width]
This command will change the graphics file that is used for the
logo. An optional width can be specified if the default of 0.75
inches is not desired. \newlogo{} will cause no logo to be
displayed.
\barcolor{newbarcolor} Set the color of the bars to newbarcolor.
\sitenamecolor{newsitenamecolor} Set the color of the site name in the footer bar to newsitenamecolor.
As an example, the following two slides are identical except the
second contains the commands:
Write us at: 4 East Alumni Ave, Kingston, RI 02881-0805, USA.
Phone: 401-874-2505, Fax: 401-782-6422. Contact the department.
